i saw the new house m.d. episode last night (very dark and a little ugly), and my attention fixed on the track used in the scene where house prepares to do surgery on himself. after failing to use trackID on my mobile phone, i started searching the internet for clues.

the track turned out to be ‘victory dance’, a yet-to-be released track by my morning jacket. it’s going to appear on their new album ‘circuital’, which you can preorder here. also, if you sign up on their site, you’ll get a free download of the title track from the album.
